If the price of your reservation at www.sporthotels.ad is higher than other booking channel (under the same conditions) contact us and we will match the rate.

If during 48 hours after your booking, you find lower rate that the one you booked with us in another booking channels, always in these conditions (same room type - same date - same occupation) contact us and we will match the price.

To match the rate, you will have to inform us the following details: (not later than 48 hours after making your reservation):
• The name of the website or reservation company that offers the best price.
• Name of the Hotel in which you made the reservation.
• Dates of stay.
• Meal basis chosen.
• Price, expenses, fees and other expenses charged to the reserve. The stated price must include tax and any fees or management fees payable to the seller.

IMPORTANT: The comparison rate must be available and shall be immediately confirmed online (therefore are excluded from this guarantee all those Web pages that do not confirm reservations immediately.) The guarantee applies to the total price payable by the user for the entire stay, not to the price of some or all days of the same. This warranty applies only to reservations made by individual customers. Prices are excluded unpublished or confidential talonaris, packages with other services, rates for companies, groups, meetings, etc. SPORT HOTELS RESORT & SPA is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of this offer.
